Payment of Deposit
A deposit of £95 to £135 (dependant on tour) per person per tour should, if paying by cheque, be made payable to Extra Mile Bike Tours and sent to the address specified on the Booking Form. The balance is then due 45 days prior to departure date. If you book less than 60 days before the tour departure date, and are lucky enough to still get a space, then the full amount is due at the time of booking.

All bookings are on a first come first serve basis. Receipt of deposit or full payment secures a place.

Prices are correct at the time of printing, however circumstances beyond our control, eg; Government action, taxes and currency fluctuations, may cause an increase. If such cases arise Extra Mile Bike Tours will absorb amounts equivalent to a maximum of 2% of the tour cost although we reserve the right to pass on surcharges larger than this providing they occur more 90 days before departure.

Staged Payments: We will accept Staged payments made by cheque. However, staged payments made by credit card are subject to a handling fee of 2.5% per transaction. The final staged payment must be made at least 45 days prior to departure date.

You will receive a booking confirmation, along with terms and conditions, the payment schedule for the tour and an invoice. Failure to send prompt payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
