Entries
" All entrants must be 21+ years at the time of entry.
" Only UK, residents at all times during the contest.
" Not an employee, agent, affiliate, officer or director of Extra Mile Bike Tours Ltd or of any advertiser, promotion agency, fulfilment agency or agent of the company.
" Not a relative of an employee, officer, director or affiliate of Extra Mile Bike Tours Ltd or of any advertiser, promotion agency, fulfilment agency or agent of our company.
" Any use of electronic devices to improve or alter your odds of winning will automatically disqualify you. Void wherever prohibited by law.
" Extra Mile Bike Tours Ltd may require winners to provide proof that they are the authorised account holders of the email addresses used to enter the contest. "Authorised account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address.
" Any winner who does not comply with the Prize Draw Rules will be disqualified.
" Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Ineligible entrants may be disqualified at any time at the sole discretion of Extra Mile Bike Tours Ltd.
In the event of a prize winner being disqualified, Extra Mile Bike Tours Ltd is under no obligation to publish this on the site.

By taking part in this free prize draw, the contestant agrees to receive marketing information and offers by emails. Such offers will be sent only by Extra Mile Bike Tours Ltd or it's sister Company RPTMoto. Recipients of any such emails may opt-out of receiving any such offers by replying to any emailed offer with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

Entry

By entering any Extra Mile Bike Tours Ltd prize draw, participants unconditionally agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Prize Draw Rules and decisions of the company. There is no purchase necessary to enter the Extra Mile contests.

How to win

Winners of Extra Mile Bike Tours Prize Draws / contests will be randomly chosen by a representative of Extra Mile Bike Tours Ltd (the "Judge") within ten (10 working days) of the stated end date of the particular prize draws from all eligible entries received during the dates specified.

The decisions of the Judge will be final and binding.

The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winners of all Extra Mile Bike Tours contests will be notified by email within ten (10) working days of the drawing and must meet all eligibility requirements including the execution and return of all necessary releases.

Prizes

" Prizes are non-transferable. Where the prize is a Tour, then the prize is based on a single rider shared room or comparative cost.
" The prize winners will be chosen randomly from among all valid entries received during the term of the prize draws.
" Prizes will be delivered to the home (by post) addresses of the prize winners, unless otherwise stated.
* No cash alternative will be offered for the wining prizes.

General Conditions

" Extra Mile Bike Tours Ltd expressly disclaims any responsibility and each participant hereby agrees to release and to hold Extra Mile Bike Tours (and its respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, parent companies, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the prize or resulting from the delivery, acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize awarded, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
" Extra Mile Bike Tours Ltd are not responsible for: i. any condition caused by events beyond the control of Extra Mile that may cause an Extra Mile contest to be disrupted or corrupted; ii. any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, or from participation in any Extra Mile contest; or iii. Any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with any Extra Mile contest. Any entry that fails to provide all required information will be disqualified.
" Extra Mile Bike Tours Ltd is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: i. late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; ii. telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; iii.Prize deliveries attempted but not received.
" All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name/email is on the winning entry.
" No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles of entries will be accepted.
Participants may not enter using multiple email addresses or as multiple participants. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple
" email addresses or under multiple identities, or uses any other device to enter multiple times will be disqualified.
" Extra Mile Bike Tours Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any Extra Mile contest should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Extra Mile, in its sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the prize draws or for any other reason at the sole discretion of Extra Mile Bike Tours Ltd.
" In the event of cancellation, Extra Mile may, in its sole discretion, elect to award the prize(s) to a winner(s) randomly drawn from among all participants who had validly entered the prize draws at the time of such cancellation.
" The closing date for receipt of entries is as stated on each prize category. A maximum of one entry per household is permitted.
" Details of each category are stated on the relevant section.
" If there is a main prize, then the main prize winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries and where applicable the appropriate number of runners up will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries. All prize winners and will be contacted using the details provided to enter the promotion.
If either a prize is declined, or the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoter's discretion.

Extra Mile Bike Tours Ltd reserves the right to modify scheduling of any offered contest without prior notice.
Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend any owned contest without notice at any time and for any reason.
