Expedition Preparation Courses: Ex-Prep:

In addition to the usual Guided Motorbike Tours and Holidays we also run Expedition Preparation Courses or Ex-Prep Courses as we like to call them. What is an EX-Prep course? Well, many people have been inspired by Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman's Long Way Round, but few appreciate the amount of preparation that went into that trip.

Did they just jump on their bikes and go? No..they certainly did not. They did a huge amount of preparation including survival training and first aid. So why should you be any different?

We run courses that focus on everything you need to know about preparing for an expedition including, map reading, security and a certificated course in Expedition first aid for motorcyclists. Even if you are going on a long distance guided tour you should have these skills. What if your support vehicle breaks down? What if your satnav is damaged? What if you tour guide is injured? Who's going to look after you then?

These tours will prepare you just like Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman were prepared......by professionals.
